Jetour Dashing is set to be launched in Malaysia on April 9. The five-seat SUV measures 4,590 mm in length and 1,900 mm in width, with a wheelbase of 2,720 mm, positioning it between the Honda CR-V and Toyota Corolla Cross. It is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo-four engine with 156 PS and 230 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. Features include 19-inch alloys, LED lights, a powered tailgate, remote engine start, leather interior, a six-way powered driver’s seat, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch central touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, and automatic air conditioning. The initial batch will be imported from China, with local CKD assembly starting in May-June.

Ford & Renault Group Partner on Ampr EV Platform for 2028 Fiesta Successor and Crossover
Ford and Renault Group will co-develop two Ford EVs on Renault’s Ampr platform by 2028: a Fiesta successor built alongside Renault 5 EV in Douai, plus a Renault 4-based crossover. An LCV collaboration is also planned, merging Renault’s scale with Ford’s dynamics to speed Europe’s EV shift.
