The cancellation of the US policy promoting electric vehicle production and sales by President Trump could impact Indonesia. GAIKINDO in Indonesia believes that the growth of internal combustion engine vehicles must continue, noting that the low resale value of electric vehicles is a reason for public hesitation. The Indonesian government is offering hybrid vehicle incentives to boost the sale of environmentally friendly vehicles.

Porsche has begun construction of its first Southeast Asia Experience Centre on a 14-hectare site next to Singapore’s Changi Airport, targeting a 2027 opening. Measuring 5239 mm long on a 3169 mm wheelbase, the 9X features a borderless grille with vertical slats, C-shaped DRLs, annular tail-lamps and 22-inch aero-optimized wheels, offered in seven exterior colors.
