The Volkswagen ID.ERA 8X has been revealed, with pre-sales starting September 28. Positioned as a mid-to-large size SUV with a large five-seat layout, officially dubbed a "German driving flagship SUV." Exterior features connected light strips and L-shaped daytime running lights with a six-core headlight design. Dimensions are 5,020/1,997/1,750mm with a 2,970mm wheelbase. Interior follows the ID.ERA 9X design with dual-spoke steering wheel, instrument magic screen, Smart surface door panel and 15.6-inch 2.5K dual screens. Chassis uses cloud chassis and VMC control system with dual-chamber air suspension and intelligent road-preview magic carpet system. Powertrain combines a 1.5L range extender (105kW) with a 220kW motor. The 51.1kWh battery delivers over 340km CLTC EV range and 1,400km total; the 65.2kWh version offers over 400km EV and 1,500km total range.

CEER is Saudi Arabia's first domestic automotive brand, unveiling its inaugural models: the EXOBOT SUV and EXOBOT SEDAN. The EXOBOT SEDAN is a large EV sedan (5,260/2,102/1,428mm, 3,200mm wheelbase) while the EXOBOT SUV is a large EV SUV (5,016/2,102/1,693mm, 3,200mm wheelbase). Both feature wedge-shaped bodies, gull-wing doors, 800V architecture and camera mirrors. The SEDAN uses a tri-motor AWD system (850hp) achieving 0-100km/h in 2.6 seconds with a 112kWh battery delivering 670km NEDC range. Both offer dual-chamber air suspension, steer-by-wire and rear-wheel steering. Interior features a yoke steering wheel and 48-inch 8K panoramic screen with English and Arabic voice assistants. Level 2 ADAS is standard.

Hyundai's new premium EV brand IONIQ will launch the IONIQ V on September 29, with pre-sales open for three trims at 119,900-139,900 yuan. The first model from Hyundai China Design Center, it is tailored for Chinese users and will be exported globally. The exterior features a closed grille-free design with split lighting and a fastback silhouette with frameless doors, offering 8 color options. Dimensions are 4,900/1,890/1,470mm with a 2,900mm wheelbase. Interior offers a 27-inch ultra-thin 4K screen with Baidu Wenxin and Doubao AI models, Snapdragon 8295 chip and Cyber Eye HUD. ADAS uses the Momenta system for highway assistance.

The new Zhiji LS6 will officially launch on September 23 with pre-sales already open for three trims at 209,900-264,900 yuan. The exterior maintains the T-shaped Falcon intelligent headlights and connected taillights, with color options including Athena White, Goya Black, Jumi Silver, Mucha Green, Tuner Gray and Rafael Tea. Dimensions are 4,937/1,988/1,671mm with a 2,960mm wheelbase. Interior features a 27.1-inch 5K MiniLED dual screen and 15.6-inch 3K MiniLED passenger screen running AIOS 1.0. ADAS uses IM AD ZETA with L4-level model capabilities applied to L2 driving. Powertrains include single-motor RWD (245kW/300kW) and dual-motor AWD (200kW+300kW, 500kW combined), with 76/93/103kWh batteries delivering 650/782/750km CLTC range.

The new Peugeot 4008 will launch on September 23, maintaining the current exterior and interior design with a highlight new orange/yellow interior color covering door panels and seats with upgraded texture. Dimensions are 4,510/1,850/1,628mm with a 2,730mm wheelbase. Interior features a 12.3-inch instrument and 10-inch central screen with CarLife and HiCar connectivity plus front seat heating. Powertrain uses a 1.6L turbocharged engine (125kW/250Nm) paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The new Peugeot 5008 will launch on September 23, with the main change being a new black/beige interior color scheme creating a homier feel. Dimensions are 4,670/1,855/1,655mm with a 2,840mm wheelbase, offering 5- and 7-seat layouts with removable third row and up to 2,040L storage. Features continue from the current model including a 12.3-inch instrument, 10-inch central screen, 360° camera, AR navigation, night vision, ADAS 2.0 and Huawei HiCar. Powertrain uses a 1.8L turbo engine (211hp/300Nm) with 8-speed auto, achieving 7.26L/100km WLTP fuel consumption, with enhanced Grip Control for multi-terrain adaptation.
