BYD's compact SUV Yuan UP DM-i made its European debut, offering 90km pure electric range and 1000km total range. The plug-in hybrid model retains the design of its EV counterpart and features the fifth-generation DM system with a 1.5L engine and electric motor. Currently, the Yuan UP is only available in pure electric variants in China, priced from 74,800 to 119,800 yuan.

Beijing Off-Road's compact off-road SUV, the BJ40 Explorer, will launch in January 2026 with a blind order program offering a 99-yuan deposit redeemable for 1,000 yuan off. The vehicle retains the iconic five-slot grille and removable roof, features a 15.6-inch floating central screen powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, dual-tone interior options, standard power-adjustable driver seat, and both 2.0T gasoline and diesel powertrains.

FAW-Volkswagen's all-new Tayron L PHEV midsize SUV will launch in Q1 2026. The left rear houses a charging port, right rear a fuel inlet. The plug-in hybrid system delivers over 100km CLTC pure electric range, with a new Maji Blue color option.

FAW-Volkswagen's mid-cycle facelifted Talagon mid-to-large SUV will launch in Q1 2026. Measuring 5007/2015/1767mm with 2980mm wheelbase, it features a 15-inch floating central screen and 11.6-inch passenger display, along with a column-mounted shifter. The powertrain upgrades include 380TSI and 450TSI engines, with the latter sporting a fifth-generation EA888 unit producing 200kW, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The all-new Audi Q5L will launch in December based on the PPC luxury platform, measuring 4842/1900/1660mm with a 2945mm wheelbase. Interior features an 11.9-inch+14.5-inch curved dual-screen display and 10.9-inch passenger screen, with 4/2/4 split-folding rear seats. Powered by the latest EA888 Evo5 2.0T engine in 150kW and 200kW variants, it will also offer a Huawei ADAS version.

Kia's compact SUV, the new Sportage, is set for a March 2026 launch as a mid-cycle facelift synchronized with the global version. Measuring 4695/1865/1678mm with a 2755mm wheelbase, it features a borderless grille, full-width taillights, and an integrated dual-screen cockpit. Power comes from 1.5T and 2.0T turbocharged engines.
