In Brazil, the celebration will take place on April 13th at the Interlagos Circuit in São Paulo, where all Mustang owners are invited to a grand car show. The event will feature the display of the 2024 Mustang GT Performance and offer exclusive experiences and attractions. Since its debut at the New York World's Fair in 1964, the Mustang has become a global icon and has been the world's best-selling sports car for eight consecutive years.

The ninth-generation Toyota Hilux has launched in Japan, offered in Z and Z Adventure trims priced at 4,980,800 yen and 5,500,000 yen respectively. Powered by a 1GD-FTV 2.8L four-cylinder turbodiesel producing 204PS/500Nm, it pairs with a six-speed automatic and part-time 4WD. Built on the IMV ladder frame platform, it features electric power steering, rear disc brakes, and the new Multi-Terrain System with selectable drive modes. A 360-degree camera with underfloor view and a rear locking differential are also standard.

Historic Italian marque Itala, founded in 1904, has been revived by DR Automobiles Group after a 92-year hiatus. The Itala 35, its first comeback model, is a rebadged GAC GS3 Emzoom featuring redesigned front and rear fascias by Italdesign. It is powered by a 1.5L turbo inline-four producing 170PS/270Nm, paired with a seven-speed DCT. Two additional models, the Itala 56 midsize SUV and Itala 61 seven-seater, are also planned for market launch.

Ford Everest Platinum Flagship Variant Set for Malaysia Debut on June 5
Ford Malaysia has teased the new Everest Platinum flagship variant, set to debut at The Arch Galeries, KL from June 5-7. Positioned above the Wildtrak, the Platinum trim is expected to feature matrix LED headlamps, quilted leather upholstery, heated/ventilated front seats, Bang & Olufsen audio, and matte wood trim. A full ADAS suite including AEB, ACC with stop-and-go, lane centring, and blind spot detection is anticipated. The SUV will likely retain the 2.0L twin-turbo diesel powertrain, with pricing expected to exceed the current Wildtrak's RM339k.
