On April 1, 2024, NIO Inc. announced its delivery results for March and the first quarter of 2024. In March, NIO delivered 11,866 vehicles, a year-over-year increase of 14.3%. The cumulative deliveries for the first quarter reached 30,053 units, and as of March 31, 2024, NIO's total vehicle deliveries amounted to 479,647. Starting in March 2024, NIO began deliveries of its 2024 ES8, ES6, EC7, EC6, and ET5T models, which feature enhanced configurations and performance, highlighted by the upgraded Center Computing Cluster for increased computing power and product competitiveness. NIO plans to commence deliveries of the 2024 ES7, ET7, and ET5 in the second quarter of 2024.

BYD SHARK Pickup Arrives in Chile with DMO Technology to Redefine Pickup Standards
BYD has officially launched the SHARK pickup in the Chilean market. The SHARK is the first pickup to feature DMO (Dual Mode Off-road) technology, combining the performance and efficiency of traditional combustion vehicles with electric vehicles. Equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine and dual electric motors, the SHARK offers over 430 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 5.7 seconds. It features BYD's Blade Battery integrated via CTC (Cell-to-Chassis) technology, capable of charging from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes. The vehicle includes a 12.8-inch rotatable touchscreen, a 10.8-inch dashboard, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and is available in black, blue, and white. The SHARK also boasts a payload capacity of 850 kg and a towing capacity of 2,500 kg, along with six airbags and the DiPilot driving assistance system.

Spy shots of the Denza D9L reveal a 5.4 m-long stretched MPV, adding 150 mm over the standard D9.
