GAIKINDO urged Jakarta on 8 Sept for swift intervention to stop automotive lay-offs. Jan-Jul 2025 retail sales fell 10.8 % to 453 k units, cutting component output by 28 %. On Sept 15, FAW Bestune launched the Yueyi 03 565 km Enjoy Edition at a flat price of RMB 88,800. Riding on the Yueying EV platform, the 4450 mm-long compact SUV offers a 2750 mm wheelbase and 0.248 Cd drag, embodying the “Space-Time Light” design while kicking off six new-energy models planned within three years.
