The 2026 Jetour X90 PRO mid-size SUV hit the market on 10 Dec., priced 13.59–16.79 across five trims. Measuring 4858 mm long with a 2850 mm wheelbase, it offers 5/6/7-seat layouts and up to 1634 L cargo space. A 15.6-inch central display powered by Snapdragon 8155, quad-zone voice control and FOTA highlight the upgraded tech package.

Nissan officially launched the sixth-generation Serena C28 facelift, featuring a new V-shaped grille and "claw-like" LED daytime running lights, along with the addition of 16-inch wheels. The powertrain remains unchanged, offering a 2.0L MR20DD gasoline engine (150 PS/200 Nm, front-wheel drive + CVT) and a 1.4L e-Power extended-range option (motor 163 PS/315 Nm, with an optional rear motor for four-wheel drive). The seating configuration includes a 2+2+3 seven-seat, 2+3+3 eight-seat, and a 2+3 five-seat or 2+2 four-seat "Multi Box" version with the third row removed, providing more flexible cargo space. The interior has been upgraded with a Google system touchscreen and NissanConnect support. The Japanese model will go on sale in February next year, starting at 2.785 million yen (approximately RM73,000). Malaysia has only announced plans to introduce the pre-facelift model, with the exact launch date still pending.

The facelifted Honda Fit will hit the market in Q1 2026. It gains slim LED headlights with a full-width light strip, aggressive black intake and “fang” inserts, plus a 10.1" centre display compatible with CarPlay, HUAWEI HiCar and Carlife. Power continues from a 91 kW 1.5-litre i-VTEC mated to a CVT, riding on a 2530 mm wheelbase and 185/60 R15 tyres .

Omoda Jaecoo Malaysia has teased a Matte Black Limited Edition of the five-seat D-SUV C9. No details beyond the satin-black paint were given; interested buyers are told to book test drives. Launched last December, the C9 comes in 2WD (RM168k) and AWD (RM188k) petrol forms, both powered by a 2.0-litre turbo (261 PS/400 Nm) paired with an 8AT. The special edition is expected to use the AWD variant’s multi-link rear suspension and electronic dampers; the promised PHEV remains unavailable.

Kia will launch a second facelift of the K5 sedan in the first half of 2027, targeting annual output of 80,000 units and production through 2030. The line-up will cover petrol, hybrid and PHEV variants to meet diverse emissions rules and infrastructure levels while minimising development cost. The updated model will also adopt Hyundai Motor Group’s next-gen Pleos OS for enhanced infotainment and software integration.

MINI has released the Silver Frequency Limited Edition Cooper: 52 units each for the electric and 3-door petrol variants, priced from RM217,800 and RM288,800 respectively. Order by 31 Dec and choose 0-interest/0-down-payment or purchase-tax halving plus 6-year service plans. Both wear retro all-silver paint; the petrol gets red-and-black JCW sports seats, while the EV debuts an all-black cabin with Vescin upholstery.
