Proton X90 facelift spy shots: swaps to X50-based 1.5L i-GT 4-cyl turbo, drops 48V mild-hybrid, 181PS/290Nm
A camouflaged Proton X90 facelift mule has been spotted on local roads. The 7-seat SUV is expected to retain its current shape but drop the 1.5L 3-cyl MHEV for the X50-sourced 1.5L i-GT four-cylinder turbo, rated 181PS/290Nm. The revised model will run purely on petrol and may gain wireless smartphone mirroring on an updated 12.3-inch head unit, with launch anticipated later this year.
