1. The Information We Collect About You

Personal information refers to any information of and owned by individual users and includes, but is not limited to, names, e-mail addresses, and any other types of information that can specifically identify individual users. Furthermore, personal information includes information that can result in identifying individual users through association, regardless if the information itself does not specifically identify the individual users.

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:

We do not collect any Special Categories Of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the agreement we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

2. Purposes For Collecting Personal Information

We collect personal information from users for the purposes stated below. Personal information collected from users is limited to only personal information that is essential for the Company to conduct business.

(1) Distributing information updates, notices, and questionnaires;

(2) Distributing promotional emails;

(3) Communicating with applicants and contact persons regarding the status of the Platform access and registration; (Note: outside of China applicants also serve concurrently as contact persons.)

(4) Conducting market surveys and analysis;

(5) Verifying individual Users accessing membership services;

(6) Servicing customers in order to provide membership services and other matters related thereto;

(7) Responding to customer inquiries;

(8) Verifying the existence of valid service agreements and verifying the terms and conditions of valid service agreements;

(9) Sending correspondence related to IDs and passwords.

(10) Daily system maintenance, troubleshooting and handling needs.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

(1) Telephone Callback. Sales staff will follow up on the use of the product by the user, make telephone callbacks to the user and answer related questions;

(2) Approval Of Agreements And Opening Of Accounts. During the process of user registration, the staff will approve the user agreement and help the customer to open an account;

(3) Product Optimization. Collect customer requirements and feedback on the product to promote product optimization;

(4) Send Promotional Information And Trial Account Expiration Reminders. The database automatically sends promotional information and trial account expiration reminders to customers through the system;

(5) Daily Maintenance. Obtaining personal data for daily operation and maintenance, troubleshooting and handling needs of the system.

When users use the Platform, the Platform may include links to third-party websites and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our Platform, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit. In addition, the Platform and cooperating third parties may provide your personal information or corporate information as required by laws and regulations or relevant government policies, and the Platform and cooperating third parties shall not assume any responsibility for the provision of your information to third parties for the aforementioned reasons.

We are committed to have a dedicated data security management team that has been assembled with the specialized advice of legal professionals, and that the team includes a data compliance officer and other staff.

The Company regularly invites legal practitioners with expertise and a long history of collaboration with the Company to conduct training for all employees, to communicate and explain the privacy policy to all employees, and to ensure that privacy protection measures are strictly enforced within the company.

The Company ensures that personal information is accurate and is kept for no longer than is necessary to realize the required use. 8. Accessing And Updating Personal Information

Users have the right to access and enquire about their personal information on the Platform.

After filling in the registration information as required and registering successfully, users can modify their personal registration information in the user centre of the Platform. The email address as a login account identification, can not be modified. Other information can be modified, such as: name, telephone numbers, company name, department name, job title, position and so on.

After signing the purchase contract with the company, if the user needs to change the purchase information (such as the company name, bank account, company invoicing information, purchased products and services, the period of purchased services, etc.), Please feel free to send an email to service@globalnevs.com and the platform staff will give feedback within 40 days. The user needs to contact with the staff, the transaction can only be valid after both parties have agreed to change the purchase contract or re-sign the purchase contract.

9. Cookies

We use “cookies” to identify you when you visit the Platform and to build up a demographic profile. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information back from the browser. Our use of cookies also allows registered users to be presented with a personalized version of the site.
