In February 2025, Thailand's overall auto sales declined by 6.7% year-on-year to 49,313 units. Passenger vehicle sales fell by 4.7% to 18,937 units, while commercial vehicle sales dropped by 7.9% to 30,376 units. Toyota remained the top seller with 18,729 units sold, capturing 38% of the market, though its sales also decreased by 4.9%. Despite the overall decline, xEV (electrified vehicle) sales reached 20,850 units, accounting for 42.3% of the total market. The market is expected to remain stable in March, but the pickup truck segment may improve due to new policies and promotional activities.
